Who can enter the South African Agricultural Awards?

The awards are open to:

What award categories are available?

How do I enter the awards?

Entries must be submitted online via the official SAAA website. Entrants will be required to:

  • Complete an online entry form
  • Select the appropriate category
  • Upload supporting documents

Is there an entry fee?

No. There is no entry fee to participate in the South African Agricultural Awards.

How many categories can I enter?

Entrants may enter up to three (3) different categories.
A full and separate application must be completed for each category entered.

Can someone nominate another person or organisation?

Yes. Third-party nominations are allowed in certain categories. Nominees will be required to provide the necessary supporting information.

Does the organisation cover travel and accommodation for finalists?

No. The South African Agricultural Awards does not cover flights, travel, or accommodation costs for finalists or attendees.
Finalists are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements to attend the awards ceremony.

How will I know if my entry was successful?

All entrants will be notified of the outcome via email. Winners will also be announced publicly during the awards ceremony and on official SAAA platforms.
